Upsher-Smith AVP Brad Leonard Contributes to HDA’s Faces of the Supply Chain Video Series

Brad Leonard, Upsher-Smith AVP National Accounts, shared his perspectives and experiences as part of the Faces of the Supply Chain video series produced by the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA), a national organization representing primary pharmaceutical distributors. The overarching goal of the initiative, part of the association’s Health Delivered campaign, has been to showcase the people of the healthcare supply chain, either through their personal/professional journeys, perspectives on healthcare delivery, or an interesting program they are leading. Brad’s two segments were recorded at HDA’s June 2022 Business and Leadership Conference; in the first, he discusses the importance of relationships as a source for innovative ideas; and in the second, he explains how Upsher-Smith rose to the challenges that the pandemic raised, ensuring that patients’ needs were met promptly despite the logistical challenges.
