Notice of Change in Representative Directors
Osaka, Japan – March 23, 2020 – Sawai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Sawai, Head office: Osaka, Japan, President: Mitsuo Sawai) decided, at the Board of Directors’ meeting held today, to implement changes in Representative Director. The changes will be officially decided at the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled for late June, 2020.
