If you need to report an adverse reaction to one of our products, please call 1-800-654-2299; a medical professional will be available to assist you from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday (CT) or call your medical provider. Reports of adverse events should not be left on email, but should be called in to the number above. We cannot be held responsible for reports of adverse events submitted by email. Your cooperation is appreciated.
