Upsher-Smith believes the responsibility to improve people’s lives originates within the communities in which we live and work.
We are committed to positively impacting our communities through corporate and
product contributions, patient assistance programs, and by supporting employee
volunteer efforts. Upsher-Smith has a patient assistance program
whereby prescription products are provided free of charge to
patients experiencing financial hardships. The Company also donates
products to support the efforts of charitable organizations internationally.
Upsher-Smith is dedicated to supporting and contributing to charitable
activities to help people live healthier and more productive
lives. Specifically, Upsher-Smith provides financial support
in the form of matching employee contributions to selected charitable
organizations, as well as providing time off for employees to
participate in volunteer activities. As an organization, we recognize
the United Way as a key community resource and provide financial
support to this agency throughout the year. We play an active
role in making the community in which we do business a better
place to live and work.
